I must brag a little... :) Joseph (our 3yr old) had some major milestones yesterday in his life. First of all, he learned to snap his fingers. That may not seem like a big deal to you but to a 3yr old that's a huge thing! He goes around the house snapping his fingers all the time now proclaiming his accomplishment. Secondly, he learned how to ride a bike WITHOUT training wheels! All by himself too! He's still working on the stopping part, lol, but he can ride that thing! He's super cute doing it too. I'll try to post pics/vid later.
My baby is growing up WAY too fast. :'-(

Meet our family! From left to right...Trey (12), Olivia (14), Robert (OLD!), Lexi (10), Me (Leeanne...and I'm VERY young. LOL!), Melody (5), Joseph (4), and Thomas (7). Robert is the pastor of Victory Baptist Church in Sanger, TX. He enjoys fishing, hunting, sleeping, eating...you know, the normal guy stuff. :-) I'm a stay-at-home mom. I play the piano, enjoy spending time with Hubby and kiddos, flower arranging, decorating, pinteresting, exercising....
We also home school (Abeka). This is our fifth year and I still don't have it figured out. I'm hoping by the time Joseph is in his senior year I'll have it all down to a science?!
We moved to Sanger after Hubby was called as Pastor to Gospel Light Baptist Church. (Yes, I know I said he's pastor of Victory BC....that's a whole other story for another day, another time.) We both grew up in Arlington, TX so city life is all we've ever known. As the kids started coming we dreamed that one day we could raise them in the country so they could play and explore without us having to worry about them being run over by cars (now that might just be run over by the sheep or goats. :/ ) or abducted. We've been here almost two years and it's been wonderful! The Lord gave a house in the middle of 25 acres. We moved here with a cat and dog. Now, we have chickens, goats, sheep, rabbits (wild but they're still here..lol) and we hope to add to our brood as time goes on.
Everyday is a new adventure. We never know what to expect. My goal is to hopefully share with you, my readers, some of the crazy things that have already happened as well as what's to come....oiy!
Thank you for visiting. Come back often!
